He did things to check the furnace that none of the other service technicians ever did when they came to service both the air conditioning and furnace. I will ask for him the next time I have my furnace and heat pump/air conditioner serviced.

Technician was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and polite. Good job! Rated convenience below average because this was a fault of the original installation and never should have been a problem in the first place.
