From the moment we met the sales rep, Steve Songer, we were comfortable with the decision to continue to work with this company. Steve did an outstanding job, answering questions, and explaining each unit, etc. Doug Craig, our installer, did an excellent job! His attention to detail was reassuring, knowing that he is dedicated to doing his best to satisfy the customer.
