Drake was very helpful in his follow up to our thermostat / system set point issues for a very high tech communications and system parameter tune up. This included a review of install manuals and calls to the office and Mitsubishi regional tech support. Drake went the extra mile to understand our requirements and perform appropriate corrective actions.
