I was extremely satisfied today with the services of Jake Miller. I was not happy with the service calls made in January and yesterday. I felt Jake was very knowledgeable of the furnace and talked to us and explained the problem and what was needed. Service tech yesterday did not explain anything and would not answer questions. I would prefer Jake to do my service work. He is very personable and a pleasure to work with.
