Penfield, PA - Epa 1100 model, customer having sooting issues, unit flue has been cleaned, suspect inlet air gasket has something to do with improper inlet combustion air causing the issues notice inlet bar gasket is gone, recommend getting new gasket for unit, bricks can not be placed back in unit unit gasket is replaced did notice brick retainer is missing as well as two cracked bricks.
