Michael checked the furnace and found no problems. I questioned him whether I was putting in the filter correctly. He checked it for me and found I had put it in wrong side toward airflo. He took the time to get a marker and make a note on the furnace so ai would remember the correct way.

The problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly. Technician was knowledgeable and very friendly.
