good service,poor operating units

Review of Gary & Sons, Inc.
Right now 20 feet away,the temperature is 75 and still heating.the unit is set on 70.it doesn't turn on and off regularly.Both units not operating right in my opinion.Last night the unit would run a few minutes then go off,then in a short time it come back on .Now we don't no when its coming on or going off.Now its up to 75 and still heating.
